means changes are coming to the scenery in Warrenton. One of
the first signs is that Effee’s Frozen Favorites, located in
New Baltimore, has already opened for the spring and summer season.
While in Warrenton, Carousel Frozen Treats will be opening for
the season in early April, watch for the opening and take a look
at their new, fancy sign. [
